What is this blog about?

What is this blog about? It started as a sort of journal about the journey I thought I was taking - one of weight loss. You see, my wife inspired me to finally change my ways, get off the couch and start working on being healthy. I'm selling it short, but that's the gist of it. In any case, the efforts I made to lose weight resulted in developing a love for fitness, and I've decided to carry on with it.

Somebody is Pissed. . . (0)

So mad today.  I weighed in last Friday and was already at -3#.  Yesterday I weigh in for my official check-in and it was back up 3 for a net loss (or gain?) of zero.  I have no clue how that happened.  There was no break down over the weekend.  Nothing changed.  The only thing I can think of is maybe I had too much salt and was retaining some water?  It's maddening either way.  It's going to totally screw up my report. . .my trending will be off, my timing is off. . .and worst of all my mood is down.  I'm too close to quit, i'm too driven to fail but god dammit I'm not too anything to be pissed off when shit like this happens.

Today is boss' day.  The OPs brought in sweet treats for everyone to celebrate.  I hate them too now  :-P
