I'm so exhausted. Yesterday I got to the gym and the elipticals were all full (again) so I hit the treadmill for 12 mins or so until one opened up. I was able to pull off the intervals for about half the workout, and then I ended up stopping after only 15 minutes total. I did another 10 minutes on the treadmill to kind of make up for it some, but it's not what I wanted. I just didn't have the energy.
To add to it, last night I just couldn't sleep. We've had some very wonky weather lately. I'm in central MI, and 70+ degrees in mid-March is very atypical to say the least! It's been a very warm, dry winter, but . . . ugh. Anyway, I think that abrupt change really messed with my sleep cycle, I only got 2-3 hours of sleep. Today i'm feeling sleepy, slow, stupid, etc. I had planned on a little extra cardio today to make up for coming up short yesterday. Now i'm hoping i'll just be able to get through my regular workout.
