Another week, down another 2. Good news there! I'm really starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and get impatient for it. I also really need to buckle down and start thinking of an end-game plan for maintaining once I get where I'm going. I at least need a "what next" scenario. I think staying motivated and interested is going to be key in maintaining (or improving!) on what I have (or will have anyway) accomplished.
One thing concerns me though, and that's my legs. I've always been prone to knee problems - my whole family is. These knee issues can really hamper me here on the last leg of this journey. I *need* to spend more time stretching after my workouts to help ensure cleaner healing. I wonder if there's anything else I can do to help reduce or even eliminate these kinds of things. I think most athletes go through something like this. I'm not claiming to be an athlete, but I imagine the principal is the same. I just don't want to reduce the stress i'm putting on my legs right now, because I will definitely need them to finish this thing.
