What is this blog about?
What is this blog about? It started as a sort of journal about the journey I thought I was taking - one of weight loss. You see, my wife inspired me to finally change my ways, get off the couch and start working on being healthy. I'm selling it short, but that's the gist of it. In any case, the efforts I made to lose weight resulted in developing a love for fitness, and I've decided to carry on with it.

Outlook = Glum
I'm back from vacation! Great fun was had by all. We spent a ton of time in the sun at the pool, at the park, on the mountain, etc. Yada yada yada, I was pretty good up until the end. I even did some weightless workouts there to at least *try* to maintain my routine. So tonight, I'm hoping I won't be sore after my workout because I put in that tiny bit of effort. Plus there was a loooooooooot of swimming, which can't be bad for you! I am beyond nervous though about what I'm going to see when i step on the scales tonight. I didn't eat very well, especially towards the end. Pizza, breadsticks, breaded chicken (damn you delicious chinese food!), buckets of ice cream and beer beer beer. I guess realistically speaking if I kept it under a 5 pound gain I should be happy. We shall see.
