What is this blog about?

What is this blog about? It started as a sort of journal about the journey I thought I was taking - one of weight loss. You see, my wife inspired me to finally change my ways, get off the couch and start working on being healthy. I'm selling it short, but that's the gist of it. In any case, the efforts I made to lose weight resulted in developing a love for fitness, and I've decided to carry on with it.

Milestones (-2#)

Yes, I graph things.  I love to graph!
We've reached a major milestone!  I'm down another 2 pounds, which puts me PAST the 25% mark.  Woohoo!  53 days to get here. . .that means that at this rate i'm looking at 212 days finishing up sometime in late July / early August.  Granted, that assumes I keep up at the rate i'm going now, which I know won't happen.  We'll have to see what happens as we get closer.  I imagine that more radical shifts in my approach will have to happen in order for that to work for me.  For now though, I've got a big win under my belt and the momentum is my favor - savor victory bitches.
