What is this blog about?

What is this blog about? It started as a sort of journal about the journey I thought I was taking - one of weight loss. You see, my wife inspired me to finally change my ways, get off the couch and start working on being healthy. I'm selling it short, but that's the gist of it. In any case, the efforts I made to lose weight resulted in developing a love for fitness, and I've decided to carry on with it.

Inventory (-3#)

So let's take an inventory of the last week or so. . .

Hamburger - off the bun - yep.
Hamburger - on the bun - yep.
Potatoes, rolls, other holiday dinner staples - yes, yes and yes.
Starbucks Mocha Frappacino - yep.  Twice!
Quarter Pounder and fries from McDonalds?  Oh yes.
Bite sized snickers bar?  Yes, but only one!
Pizza?  Yep, 3 slices even.  MWAAHAAAHAAAHAAA
800 cream cheese & fruit kolaches?  GOD YES.

Weight loss?  HA!  Victory is mine - i'm down another 3 pounds for the week.  WTF is that about?  Oh sure, you could start talking about metabolism and blah blah blah, but I'm just going to say it like this; THE BLACK MAGIC JUJU WORKED ON THE BADS AND I LOST WHAT MY WIFE GAINED.

Oh yeah, winner winner chicken dinner.  Doing the happy dance.
